Because we firmly believe a healthy mind and healthy body are of equal importance, The College Wellness Boot Camp will weave together topics on physical health and mental health. College Wellness Boot Camp will teach simple strategies to manage stress, improve diet, strengthen concentration and skyrocket energy.

  • How to manage your new food environment (i.e. how much pizza is too much pizza), including how to navigate the dining hall

  • How to create the foundation for physical and emotional wellbeing including mindfulness practices, utilizing resources on campus, sleep, stress, physical activity and more!
